Per bonsai (vivai) e utensili da cucina non deperibili, esercita ilĀ diritto di recesso entro 14 giorniĀ dal ricevimento (art. 52 Codice del Consumo).

Costi Trasporto per i Resi
Per i resi di bonsai e utensili da cucina, leĀ spese di spedizione sono a carico del clienteĀ secondo l'art. 57 del Codice del Consumo.
Nei casi diĀ prodotto difettoso o errato inviato da noi, il reso ĆØĀ gratuitoĀ con etichetta prepagata; fotografare il danno entro 24 ore.
I prodotti alimentari non sono resi disponibili.

How do you pack the bonsai?
We protect the bonsai pot with bubble wrap fixed with scotch tape, in order to protect the pot from impacts and keep the soil inside the pot without it dispersing into the cardboard.
The cardboard will also be filled with polystyrene chips that will protect the plant without damaging it.
Does Bonsai not die during transport?
Of course not, we use express courier to be able to ship in the shortest possible time. In addition, the bonsai that we give you are constantly cared for, they will be shipped healthy, and will arrive healthy.
