I prodotti freschi vengono spediti dal lunedì al mercoledì, per evitare giacenze presso i magazzini dei corrieri; per i prodotti non freschi spediamo tutti i giorni dal lunedì al venerdì.
TRATTANDOSI DI PRODOTTI ARTIGIANALI, DOVE NON È PREVISTA UNA GRANDE QUANTITÀ DI PRODUZIONE, È PROBABILE CHE L'EVASIONE DELL'ORDINE SUBISCA DEI RITARDI

Tutti i prodotti alimentari sono esclusi dal diritto di recesso ai sensi dell'art. 59, comma 2, lettera d) del Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005), che preclude resi per "beni che rischiano di deteriorarsi o scadere rapidamente".
- Include: frutta, verdura, pasta fresca, salumi, formaggi, conserve, alimenti freschi o con scadenza ravvicinata.
- Motivo: sicurezza alimentare, igiene e rischio deterioramento (Regolamento UE 1169/2011).
Bonsai e Utensili da Cucina - Reso Possibile
Per bonsai (vivai) e utensili da cucina non deperibili, esercita il diritto di recesso entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento (art. 52 Codice del Consumo).
Condizioni:
- Articolo integro, imballo originale, etichette presenti
- Bonsai: non danneggiati, terreno intatto
- Utensili: non usati, privi di odori/graffi
Costi Trasporto per i Resi
Per i resi di bonsai e utensili da cucina, le spese di spedizione sono a carico del cliente secondo l'art. 57 del Codice del Consumo.
Nei casi di prodotto difettoso o errato inviato da noi, il reso è gratuito con etichetta prepagata; fotografare il danno entro 24 ore.
I prodotti alimentari non sono resi disponibili.
